How does ChatterMock work?

An agency creates a scenario (AI fan personas + creator profile + content vault) and a grading criteria set with weighted scores. They generate a unique invite link and send it to applicants. The applicant runs a timed live chat against multiple AI fans simultaneously. After the session, an AI grader scores the transcript against the agency's criteria and returns an overall score with a hire/review/reject recommendation.
