Trial shifts are an expensive way to learn someone can't sell
For most agencies, the only real interview is a trial shift on a live account. That means an unproven applicant chatting real, paying fans — with your revenue and your models' reputation on the line. Good closers and weak ones look identical on paper, and you only find out which is which after the damage is done.
ChatterMock exists to move that first test somewhere safe. Every applicant runs the same timed simulation, gets graded against the same criteria, and lands on a dashboard where you can compare them side by side — before anyone touches a real fan.
The real job, turned into an objective score
You configure the grading criteria and a model persona — the creator an applicant role-plays as, plus the content vault they sell from. You pick which AI fans they'll juggle and how long they get, then share one link.
Applicants chat live with AI fans that flirt, stall, object, and push for PPV — no account needed on their end. When the session ends, an AI grader scores the full transcript on sales skill, speed, multitasking, and persona adherence, and returns a 0–100 score with a hire / review / reject recommendation and the exact messages behind every grade.
