Where to Hire OnlyFans Chatters: Legit Platforms Compared

The short answer: on OFM job boards and in the communities chatters already use — because most mainstream freelance sites ban OnlyFans work outright. Here's where each source is strong, where it isn't, and how to tell a legit hiring platform from a risky one.

The short answer

There is no single best place to hire OnlyFans chatters. Some sources give you volume, some give you signal, and the agencies that hire well use one of each. What every source has in common is that it hands you claims — 'fast typer, great English, two years' experience' — so whichever you use, plan to test applicants before they touch a live account.

1. OFM job boards

Boards built for this industry are the most direct option, because they openly allow the work and the people on them already know what the job is. Two are worth knowing:

  • ChatterMock — free, unlimited job posts and free messaging; a talent directory of chatters who have taken a standardized mock-chat test; and employer reviews and legit checks written by chatters. Testing applicants costs prepaid credits. We build it, so weigh this entry accordingly — and see exactly what it does.
  • OFMJobs — the larger, more established board, with a free plan of one job post a month and paid yearly plans from $25 a month for more posts and worker contacts, per its pricing page in October 2026. We compare the two in detail in our OFMJobs review.

Best for: steady hiring, where you want applicants who have already chosen this line of work.

2. Telegram and Discord groups

A lot of OFM hiring still runs through group chats. They are fast and free, and you can have fifty replies within the hour. The cost is that a group chat has no profiles, no history and no reviews: every applicant claims experience, and you have nothing to check it against. Scammers work these groups too, posting fake chatters as well as fake jobs. We wrote about why the industry ended up here in why OFM still hires through Telegram.

Best for: speed, when you already have a reliable way to test whoever replies.

3. Facebook groups

Facebook is one of the biggest pools of chatter talent, especially in the Philippines, where chatter and VA groups run to tens of thousands of members. It's a strong source for US-evening coverage, which is graveyard shift in Manila and the slot agencies find hardest to fill. The weakness is the same as Telegram's: huge volume, no verification, and posts that are buried within a day. Our guide to chatter jobs in the Philippines covers what that market expects from an offer.

4. Reddit

OFM and creator subreddits are useful in two ways: for reaching experienced chatters, and for checking an agency's — or a candidate's — reputation, since people there are quick to call out bad actors. Many of these subreddits restrict hiring posts, so read each one's rules before you post, and expect questions about your pay and your agency. That scrutiny is a feature: the candidates it filters out are the ones who weren't going to stay.

5. Referrals from your best chatters

The highest signal per hire comes from your own top performers. Chatters know other chatters, and a referrer's reputation is on the line, so referrals tend to arrive pre-filtered. The limit is volume. Pay the referral bonus after the new hire passes probation, not on the day they start, and you reward the outcome rather than the introduction.

Where you can't hire chatters: mainstream freelance sites

Many agencies try the big platforms first and lose their accounts for it. As of October 2026:

  • Upwork doesn't allow jobs that facilitate adult content or sex work, and names content for platforms like OnlyFans specifically.
  • Fiverr prohibits adult and sexually explicit services, including sexual chat.
  • OnlineJobs.ph — the largest Filipino job site — bars any individual or company connected to the OnlyFans industry, even when hiring for a non-adult role such as an accountant, and prohibits job posts for adult-themed chat.

Posting there anyway risks your account, and anyone who applies is also working against the platform's rules — not the start you want with someone who will run your creator's inbox. Rules change, so check each platform's current terms before you rely on it.

How to tell if a hiring platform is legit

  1. 1It allows OFM work openly. A platform that bans the industry in its own terms can remove your posts and your account without warning.
  2. 2Employers are identifiable. Real company profiles, not anonymous handles — the best chatters avoid boards where they can't see who's hiring, so they won't be there for you to find.
  3. 3Reputation is visible and can't be bought. Look for reviews of employers that stay up even when the employer pays the platform.
  4. 4Pricing is public. You should know what you'll pay before you create an account.
  5. 5Chatters never pay to apply. A board that charges applicants attracts the wrong ones and teaches the good ones to distrust it.
  6. 6It shows you evidence, not just applications. Anything that lets you see how a chatter actually sells beats another pile of CVs.

Where you hire matters less than how you test

Every source above gives you candidates who say they can sell. Chatting is a sales job, and the only reliable signal is watching someone do it — juggling several fans, handling a price objection, closing a PPV. Doing that on live fans is expensive and unfair to everyone involved, which is why trial shifts are failing OFM agencies. A standardized mock chat gives every applicant the same test, so you compare them on the same evidence. The full process is in how to hire OnlyFans chatters.

Takeaway

Use OFM job boards for steady volume, groups and referrals for speed, and skip the mainstream freelance sites that ban the work. Judge any platform by whether it shows you who's hiring, lets reputation stand, and gives you evidence of how candidates actually perform. On ChatterMock you can post roles free, browse chatters who've taken the test, and run your shortlist through a mock chat before anyone touches a real account — here's everything it does for employers.
