My experience: I’ve worked in live chat and customer support for international companies, handling lots of conversations at the same time. I’ve also done community and social media management, so I know how to keep people engaged. I haven’t worked in this industry before, but the core skills are the same. My strengths: I reply fast, keep a natural and friendly tone, and I’m good with words. I speak Arabic, French and English. After 12+ years as a team leader in the Tunisian Scouts, I’m also reliable, organized and good with a team. What I want: A long-term chatter role with a good agency where I can learn the platform, follow clear guidelines and grow. I’m comfortable with shifts and open to training.
