I previously worked at iQor Philippines, where I handled retail accounts, managed high-volume inbound and outbound calls, processed customer orders, and addressed customer inquiries and concerns. I also worked at Pampanga’s Best Inc., where I handled sa and customer service responsibilities, assisted customers with their orders, provided product information, and helped resolve complaints using the Zendesk system. Through these experiences, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle different types of customers, work under pressure, and maintain a positive and professional attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction. I consider myself a hardworking, adaptable, and customer-focused person who is always willing to learn and improve.
