I have three years of experience, with two years as a chatter and a year as a chat manager. As a chatter, I consistently generated over $800 per shift on average. My role was to welcome new subs, build relationships with them, and maintain relationships with old subs, while making sales by turning casual conversations to sales opportunities. As a manager, I managed a team of over 12 chatters, and I provided training where necessary.
