I’ve been working in the OF industry since 2020, with hands-on experience managing chatters, creator profiles, and daily chat operations. My experience goes beyond chatting and selling. I’ve trained and supervised teams, reviewed conversations and individual performance, identified strengths and areas for improvement, and developed storytelling, messaging, PPV, engagement, retention, and sales strategies. I’m particularly focused on creating ORGANIC conversations that feel spontaneous and personalized while still following a clear sales strategy. I understand how important it is to adapt to each creator’s personality, maintain a consistent voice, and build genuine engagement with fans. I also have experience working with account management and operational platforms such as OnlyMonster, Inflow, Nologin, and GoLogin, managing multiple profiles and workflows efficiently. I’m currently looking for an opportunity where I can bring my hands-on industry experience, management background, and team-development skills to a professional and results-driven agency.
