WHAT WE OFFER
$3.50/hr + 3% commission (tier-based)
Days that u meet or exceed sales targets - your hourly pay shoots up $6 p/h for that shift
Our targets arent even hard by most agency standards, 1k to 1.8k USD depending on the shift, i just want quality chats
Sales incentives and performance rewards every cycle
Bi-weekly payments via Wise/paymay/gcash
8-hour shifts | 1 mandatory day off per week, 2 days every other week. We dont want burnout.

Ongoing training, feedback and support- i sound harsh & strict i know but im making an effort to hand type this instead of gpt

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience with Infloww and/or Fanvue
Excellent written English & reading ( if u didnt see my mention of sexting and communicating right at the top you failed alr)
Strong communication skills
Fast typing and multitasking abilities

Reliable PC/laptop and stable internet
Coachable, disciplined and target-driven
