We are looking for an experienced OnlyFans chatter who can start working with minimal training.
You should already understand how to build conversations naturally, sell PPV, upsell, follow up with fans, handle high spenders, maintain fan notes and adapt to different creator personalities.
This position is NOT for beginners. We are specifically looking for chatters with previous OnlyFans agency or creator experience.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of OnlyFans chatting experience
Proven sales results or previous performance screenshots
Strong written English
Experience with PPV selling, sexting, upselling and fan retention
Able to follow detailed creator-specific instructions
Reliable and consistent during scheduled shifts
Experience with OnlyMonster is a strong advantage
Comfortable managing multiple creator accounts

You should be able to work independently without needing basic chatter training.
Selected applicants will complete a short paid trial/mock chat before being hired.
We are looking for long-term team members, not temporary workers.
