Experienced OnlyFans Chatter - Established Creator

I am looking for an experienced and reliable chatter to help manage my OnlyFans chatting. I am looking for someone who can provide natural, engaging conversations while maintaining strong sales performance.

I have an established subscriber base, although subscriber activity and traffic fluctuate. I am looking for someone who can adapt to both busy and slower periods while keeping conversations engaging and personalized.

My approach focuses on creating a genuine relationship - girl next door - atmosphere rather than pushing random PPV content (unless requested by the fan)
Prioritizing script use to create the illusion of real time chatting is mandatory and preferred for most fans.

The position begins with a week trial - followed by a 30 day performance evaluation during which the pay is commission only. Following a succesful review, 80% of your average weekly commission earned during the trial will become your guaranteed weekly minimum. Afterward, you'll receive either your earned commission or the guaranteed minimum whoever is higher. Guaranteed minimum only applies during slower periods caused by reduced subscriber traffic or engagement, not underperformance! Commission is target based with 8% being the base pay for weekly sales making its way up to 12% for sales targets.

I reside in Toronto so adjusting to the time difference of fan activity is needed as well if you're located in a different time zone.

• English : Advanced to Fluent (C1-C2) with natural, casual conversational writing skills and understanding of slang and common phrases

• Experience : MINIMUM 6 months of OnlyFans chatting experience with proof of employment

• Experience with Girlfriend Experience style conversations

• Strong understanding of Script Use selling, including adapting scripts to individual fans

• Experience with using Infloww and vault

• Proven ability to generate PPV sales and upselling content naturally not forcefully

• Ability to recognize buying signals and understand when not to push a sale - and when to recognize a whale for who prices can be raised

• Strong memory and attention to detail when chatting with fans ( mandatory use of notes on Infloww putting down important details on the fans profile)

• Professionalism and strict confidentiality. You will be required to sign Non- Disclosure Agreements and Content Protection Agreements - prohibiting from sharing confidential information, and content recording - breaking those agreements will result in legal action.
