You know the basics: responding to fans in a timely, engaging manner while matching our model's specific tone and strategy. You’ll lead genuine, natural conversations that build trust, form strong connections, and drive sales—focusing on a natural GFE style without making fake promises.

🔑Key responsibilities include

• Handling 2 accounts per shift (same model, OF and Fansly)
• 8 hour shifts, 4 days per week (32 hours/week)
• 3 shifts are evening/night shifts, 1 is an overnight/graveyard shift
• Building authentic relationships and closing sales organically.
• Setting clear boundaries with fans and handling conflict calmly when needed.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

• Experience: At least 1 year of chat experience on OnlyFans (Fansly experience is a major bonus).
• English Proficiency: C1/C2 advanced written English. Our model is US-based, so a strong grasp of native slang, grammar, and nuance is required.
• Tech Setup: A reliable computer with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection.
• Skills: Strong salesmanship, fast typing (40–60+ WPM), and the ability to multitask smoothly between chats and platforms.
• Mindset: High reliability and accountability. You show up on time, complete shift tasks, follow directions, and stay open to ongoing feedback.
