OnlyFans Chatters & Sales Coaches - Full-Time

LostTeam is expanding and looking for experienced OnlyFans Chatters and Sales Coaches to join our team.

Chatters

Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Manage established creator accounts
Build genuine conversations and convert fans into sales
Handle PPV sales, sexting, follow-ups, and fan retention
Follow account strategies, pricing, rules, and guidelines

Sales Coaches

Monitor and improve chatter performance
Coach chatters on sales, conversation flow, and fan retention
Review chats and provide clear, actionable feedback
Help identify mistakes and missed sales opportunities
Work closely with Team Leaders and management

• Previous OFM experience required
• Strong written English
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Good understanding of fan psychology, sales funnels, and natural conversation
• Sales Coaches must have previous coaching, management, or strong high-level chatting experience
• Reliable PC/laptop and stable internet
• Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly
• Consistent availability and reliability
• Comfortable working with adult content
